Ingredients:
2lbs whole Shishito Peppers
3 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
Sea Salt
Honey (I use Natures Hallow Honey)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
In a large skillet add your olive oil and heat to medium/high.
Add peppers and cook for about 3/4 minutes or until blistered, make sure you turn your peppers frequently. Its ok if the brown when they are blistering.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with sea salt and drizzle with honey!

I added some crushed black pepper and roasted garlic to it and it was delicious***
