Easy High Protein Chicken Salad



This recipe makes 4 servings of High Protein Chicken Salad


Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken breast

1/ cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon hot sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried dill weed

1 teaspoon dried oregano

2 cloves fresh garlic

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:


Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the chicken breast and fresh garlic by and boil on medium/high heat for about 15 minutes or until fully cooked. Let it cool, then dice or shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces and add to a bowl


Add the mayonnaise, greek yogurt, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dill weed, oregano and mix well.


Season with salt and pepper to taste.


Chill for about 30 minutes before serving.
