Ingredients
Ribeye: 6 oz thinly sliced ribeye
1/4 medium yellow pepper, sliced
1/4 medium onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 tbsp Butter for bread
1 slice of high-protein bread
1 large egg, fried or poached - if using
1 tbsp cheese sauce - if using
1/2 tsp Asian sauce - if using
Directions:
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the onions, bell peppers and garlic. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until soft. Remove and set aside.
Add the meat to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for about 3-4 minutes.
Prepare the Bread - While the steak is cooking, you can toast your slice of bread in your air fryer or toaster oven. Don’t forget to smear with butter.
If you’re adding an egg, fry it in a small pan while the steak is cooking.
Assemble the Bowl:
Add your slice of bread to the bottom add the steak, veggies, cheese sauce & Asian sauce.
Top with the fried egg (if using).
