Ingredients:
9 Pound Rib Roast, bone in
3/4 cup Olive Oil
1 cup Parsley
1 tablespoon Sea Salt
1 tablespoon Crushed Black Pepper
5 Garlic Cloves
Directions:
Preheat oven to 500 degrees, make sure your oven is clean!
Let your Rib Roast sit out on the counter for at least 30 minutes.
In your food processor add all the ingredients.
Pour the ingredients on your rib roast and massage it into your roast.
Place in the 500 degree oven for 15 minutes.
Lower the oven temperature to 325 and cook for about 2-3/4 hours.
Your temperatures should read with meat thermometer
Medium Rare - 135
Medium - 140
Medium well - 145
After about two hours baking I would check the temperature of your roast.
When done pull it out of the oven and cover it with tin foil. Let it rest for 15 minutes before serving!
